A virtual tour is the only presentation tool that gives the viewer full control and the effect of presence. Unlike photo, it allows you to view the space from all sides. Unlike video – the viewer decides for themselves where to look and how much time to devote to details. This creates maximum immersion and forms 100% trust in the object.
The main task of a virtual tour is to save your time and bring prepared clients. It works as an ideal 24/7 filter. Potential buyers, guests, or tenants view the property online at a time convenient for them. They independently weed out obviously unsuitable options and mark those they like, without wasting a minute of your time.
As a result, you receive calls and inquiries from those who have already looked at various options, who already liked something, and who are ready for a real visit or deal. This is the most effective way to separate the merely curious from the truly interested.
Support for VR glasses is what turns viewing into full immersion. The viewer finds themselves inside the object. They can truly appreciate the scale of the room, the height of the ceilings, and the volume of space, receiving a "wow effect" and a powerful emotional connection unavailable on a flat screen. All our virtual tours support virtual reality mode.
The history of our studio began with virtual tours in 2002. At that time they were just emerging, and we quickly took leading positions, largely determining the development of this industry in Russia.
Our tour of the State Duma (2003) was the first tour in the world of a parliament, shot right during a plenary session. Our synchronous "before and after" tours for the popular TV program Kvartirny Vopros at the time of their appearance in 2004 also had no analogues. This project, along with the launch of the MTV website, became one of the main events of the Runet of that year and played an important role in popularizing the Internet among the television audience.
Also among our projects: international airports
Domodedovo and
Sheremetyevo, shopping centers, including the first shopping mall in Moscow
Mega, Design and Architecture Center
Artplay, hotels, real estate, cars, yachts, golf clubs, restaurants, water parks, and much, much more. You can see our portfolio in the video
History: 20 years in the industry
